ABSTRACT
In this article, we analyse the ergonomic set-up of the Home Office (HO), and summarize recommendations as found in current online literature. The first section outlines the transition towards the Home Office and its current key numbers and particularities. The second section presents workers’ ergonomic preferences and HO practices. The majority underlines the ergonomic importance of HO equipment such as a second screen, a dedicated HO room, or a sit/stand-desk. Corporal practices during Work-From-Home (WFH) include, for example, walking in the garden or breathing exercises.
