ABSTRACT
The school leadership holds a pivotal role in initiating and sustaining school reform. The digital world requires leaders who can motivate, adapt, and empower their people to use technology for innovation and growth. Thus, this study was designed to determine the impact of school heads’ digital leadership competence and readiness to Education 4.0 in promoting elementary school’s digital transformation. The researcher utilized a quantitative research design and a descriptive-correlational research method and was confined among public elementary school heads and teachers in Candelaria East and West District with 32 school heads and 609 teachers during the S.Y. 2024-2025. The result of the Multiple Regression Analysis identifies Innovation Management competence and Curriculum Innovation readiness as the most critical factors driving digital transformation in elementary schools, while Technological Competence provides additional but weaker contributions. These factors, significantly predict the schools’ digital transformation. Digital Communication Skills presents a negative relationship with digital transformation.
